Daredevil Goes Dark in First Look at Born Again Season 2

Daredevil is back again after season 1, and this time he’s sporting a new look. Fans got their first official glimpse of Daredevil Born Again Season 2, with Charlie Cox returning as Matt Murdock. But this time, the costume is different; he’s sporting a sleek black suit with the iconic double “D” symbol across the chest.

The updated look has already sparked a lot of conversation online, with many fans pointing out that it resembles his appearance in Marvel’s Shadowland comic run, a storyline where Daredevil takes on a more ruthless role.

Along with Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio returns as Kingpin. Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson are also confirmed to be reprising their roles as Karen Page and Foggy Nelson.

The filming for Season 2 is currently underway in New York City, and according to reports, the show will aim for a tighter and more character-driven narrative. With a reduced episode count of eight in total, the series is expected to focus more on quality storytelling.

While Marvel hasn’t shared many plot details yet, fans are expecting Season 2 to pick up where the first left off, diving into the fallout from Matt’s decisions and his continued efforts to protect Hell’s Kitchen.

Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again is expected to premiere in early 2026 on Disney+.
