Lionsgate has officially released the first teaser for Good Fortune, a new comedy film that brings together an impressive cast including Keanu Reeves, Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari, and Keke Palmer. The film marks the feature directorial debut of Aziz Ansari, who also wrote the script and stars in the project. Watch the trailer below.
It centers around Gabriel, who is played by Keanu Reeves, an angel who’s not exactly great at his job. In an attempt to intervene and help two very different individuals, a gig economy worker named Arj and a wealthy businessman named Jeff Gabriel accidentally swap their lives.
After they swap their bodies, Arj enjoys Jeff’s rich and privileged lifestyle, while Jeff is forced to deal with the harsh realities of Arj’s world: delivering food, struggling with bills, and facing day-to-day challenges. On top of that, Gabriel loses his power too.
Keke Palmer also plays a supporting character in the film, with her role currently under wraps, but she is expected to play a major part in the movie.
